Prior to Legacy, PJ previously served as the Men's and Women's Assistant Coach at MSU Denver (2021-2023), helping lead the women's team to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament Championship, and as a Graduate Assistant at UCCS (2018-2021), where he earned his Master of Public Administration. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade (2007-2018) as Vice President/Coach for Texas Tigers Basketball in San Antonio, helping more than 70 players advance to college basketball. PJ holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Communication from UCCS.
